The access request form

When you request access, we keep your email, the Bandcamp page you enter and the time of the request. We use them only to write to you about access. We send every request to the operator in Telegram. To stop abuse, we also keep a salted hash of your IP address for up to 24 hours.

The app

When you use BandBridge, it stores your account (email and name), your organization and the orders it reads from Bandcamp: buyer names, addresses and items. It uses them to send orders to Printful, to mark them shipped in Bandcamp and to show your reports.

Where the data lives

• Database and sign-in: Supabase, in the EU (Frankfurt).
• The site and the app: Vercel.
• Error reports, without order contents: Sentry.
• Emails: Resend. Alerts you turn on: Telegram.
• Matching (Jev by TypeSafe AI, hosted in the US): item names, options and SKUs, and the city, ZIP code, state and country of an order — never buyer names or street addresses. TypeSafe does not train its models on this data.

We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising. The site sets no cookies and has no analytics.

Delete your data

Write to noyce@bandbridge.co from the email you used. We delete the request, or your account and organization, and confirm by email.
